• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, SMS, and email.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and streamline operations that enhance customer experience.
• Participate in discussions on improving products and services within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed insurance advisor in Quebec.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an asset but not mandatory.
