Responsibilities

• Develop tailored social strategies for our top-tier talent.
• Conduct thorough research on viral trends, algorithm updates, and new features on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor and analyze the performance metrics of our creators on a weekly basis.
• Execute weekly analysis of viral content and share valuable insights with the team.
• Create and distribute a recurring newsletter focused on social trends relevant to our creator community.
• Facilitate community calls and webinars to engage with creators.
• Provide feedback and support for paid advertisement creative.
• Assist in the development of curriculum and training for creators.

Creator Playbooks

• Design comprehensive launch marketing kits, including templates, post formats, captions, and timing for easy implementation.
• Develop challenge marketing kits using the same structured format.
• Analyze and optimize posting strategies for various key verticals such as Fitness, Yoga, CrossFit, and Parenting.
• Become an expert in creating effective social media content tailored to each vertical.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly with content strategy and organic growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Experience in developing training materials for creators is a plus.
