Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Gainsight, Salesforce, and Pendo platforms, ensuring they function optimally to support brand and retailer services.
• Act as the technical owner of integrated systems, understanding how data flows between Salesforce and Gainsight to inform health scores and guide workflows in Pendo.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system functionality and data integrity across platforms.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new features and tools as needed.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues to maintain seamless operations and support customer success initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of AI initiatives that leverage data from these systems to enhance client services and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to users on Gainsight, Salesforce, and related tools to maximize their effectiveness and usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly with Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
