Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to promote and sell TUI's travel packages, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Perform entertaining activities that enhance guest experiences, including shows, performances, and interactive events.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, activities, and services to potential customers.
• Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere, encouraging guest participation and interaction.
• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and other performance metrics.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or entertainment roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel and work in various international locations.
• Strong team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
