About the Role
The Account Director plays a pivotal role in driving growth across our mid-tier accounts. This position focuses on enhancing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) through strategic upselling, pipeline-building, and collaboration with Customer Success Managers. As a quota-carrying role, the Account Director will be responsible for achieving quarterly revenue targets through upsells and cross-sells while ensuring the health and retention of existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth conversations and conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain an expansion pipeline to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Close expansion deals by collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers.
- Monitor account health to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
- Strong understanding of digital accessibility and its importance in today’s market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive results.
