Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of AEM projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Guide engineering teams in maintaining high code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Implement A/B tests in Adobe Target, based on specific project requirements to optimize user experiences.
• Design and implement AEM-based architectures that support robust digital marketing strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions with existing systems.
• Develop caching and security strategies, including Dispatcher, firewalls, and CDN integrations.
• Define and execute strategies to support multi-site and multi-language environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 10 years of hands-on AEM development experience, showcasing a strong foundation in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Web Server.
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, managing AEM architecture and delivery teams for client-facing applications.
• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of digital marketing solutions using AEM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
