We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Backend Engineer and Technical Lead Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead the backend engineering team in the design, development, and optimization of scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and architecture.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the functionality and performance of our platform.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall technical direction of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on cloud-based systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading technical teams.
