Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of new data center deployments, ensuring that all technical aspects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Oversee and coordinate technical teams and contractors throughout the deployment process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any arising issues.
• Conduct site assessments and develop deployment plans that optimize efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all phases of deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Travel frequently to various data center locations to manage deployment phases and ensure quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, deployment, or related roles.
• Strong technical background with expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and server management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Europe for project execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
