Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a People Operations or HR leadership role, preferably within a technology or innovative environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve HR practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools; experience with mobile ticketing or payment platforms is an advantage.
