Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Screening Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the screening operations for our marketing team, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective. You will work closely with various internal teams and other Screening Team Leads to implement new initiatives that enhance our talent evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Digital Marketing Screening team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Develop and execute new screening initiatives to improve the evaluation of candidates.
• Analyze metrics related to team performance and individual Screeners to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align screening processes with organizational goals.
• Maintain and update screening exercises and materials to reflect industry standards and best practices.
• Support the setup of new specializations and ensure adequate screening capacity planning.
• Monitor the performance of current screening paths and recommend enhancements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the screening team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably within digital marketing or HR.
• Strong understanding of screening processes and talent evaluation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess team performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in remote team management is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and HR software.
