Responsibilities

• Lead the automation efforts to increase test coverage across the platform.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to shape the bug tracking and resolution process.
• Engage in continuous integration and deployment practices to enhance project delivery.
• Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform quality strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation tools, and frameworks, especially with Cypress.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel) and React/React Native is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
