Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of automated test strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality assurance processes that are proactive rather than reactive.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive the implementation of best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the testing framework and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that quality expectations are understood and met throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks, particularly Cypress.
• Experience with PHP (Laravel) and React/React Native technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
