Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans with key partners to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and facilitate training programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and support partners in expanding their market presence.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Represent Tenable in partner meetings and industry events to promote our solutions and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in channel account management or sales, preferably in the cybersecurity sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective partner collaboration.
• Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner ecosystems in the technology industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
