Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions using GitLab's platform.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to define and refine the product offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
• Present technical solutions to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of complex concepts.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
• Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our client base.
• Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal usage of the platform.

Requirements

• Fluency in French or German, with excellent English communication skills.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a technical sales or solutions architect role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with GitLab or similar platforms is a plus.
