Responsibilities

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into all business processes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related incidents and manage responses to breaches or threats.
- Engage with external partners and stakeholders to enhance security protocols and share best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on security metrics, incidents, and strategies to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
- Experience with incident response planning and crisis management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
