Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate security strategy to protect company assets and information.
• Lead a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into all business processes.
• Monitor emerging threats and implement proactive measures to address potential risks to the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related incidents and manage responses to breaches or threats.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to enhance security protocols and share best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on security metrics, incidents, and strategies to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
• Experience with incident response planning and crisis management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
