Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations affecting the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including service agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law, preferably in a technology or software environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the tech industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
