Responsibilities

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and advocate for customer needs.
- Analyze customer engagement metrics and promote best practices to improve team performance.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations to ensure long-term success.
- Manage escalations and work with technical teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support upselling and renewal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and practices is a plus.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
