Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and advocate for customer needs.
  • Analyze customer engagement metrics and promote best practices to improve team performance.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage escalations and work with technical teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support upselling and renewal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and practices is a plus.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
