Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and orthopedic surgeons to promote our product offerings.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to demonstrate the features and benefits of our orthopedic solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories, including both existing accounts and potential new clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring complete satisfaction with our products.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of orthopedic products and procedures is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
