Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the CEO's initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research and compile reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
