Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Customer Success team in the APAC region, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experiences and loyalty, driving product adoption and usage.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve services and offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics and strategies to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages relevant to the APAC region is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
