Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Success team in the APAC region, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experiences and loyalty, driving product adoption and usage.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve services and offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
- Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics and strategies to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages relevant to the APAC region is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
