Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with System Integration partners to drive sales growth.
- Facilitate co-selling efforts between Fivetran and partner sales teams to optimize sales engagements.
- Execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies to enhance collaboration and increase revenue opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge of our products and services.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in partner performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner initiatives with the broader company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on partner sales activities, performance, and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and partner management, preferably in the technology or data solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of the modern data stack and the role of data in business decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
