About the Role

We are looking for a talented German-speaking Senior Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise sales team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales professionals to understand the intricate business needs of our Enterprise customers and demonstrate how our data replication solutions can help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
• Identify technical requirements and deliver successful proofs of value to clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to tailor presentations and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Engage with customers to address their inquiries and provide ongoing support during the implementation process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.
• Collaborate with the product management team to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role, preferably within the data management or software industry.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
