Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring a seamless integration of our data solutions into their existing systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their data architecture needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance data accessibility and reliability.
• Lead implementation projects by guiding customers through the onboarding process, including data model design, ETL processes, and performance optimization.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to empower them in utilizing our products effectively.
• Monitor and resolve any technical issues that arise during the customer journey, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Gather feedback from customers to drive product improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and best practices, ensuring alignment on customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within data architecture or analytics.
• Strong understanding of data integration processes and tools, with experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
