Responsibilities

  • Define program schedules, deliverables, and key milestones in alignment with customer and partner requirements.

  • Proactively drive issues to resolution before they become roadblocks to success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, managing high-priority critical issues and ensuring global teams are aligned around common goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, maintaining clear communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve program efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical program management, particularly within AI or related technologies.
  • Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of infrastructure and software development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
