Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work approximately 24-32 hours a week, Monday through Friday, earning an hourly wage of $19.00. As a vital member of our Customer Service team, you will ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers to take product orders.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email from customers and Sales Representatives.
• Enter and adjust orders in our computer system accurately.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services, and clearly explain new offerings.
• Respond to requests for promotional materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in our system.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and explaining the best resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and the resolution of their issues.
• Enhance our organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests, exploring opportunities to add value to your job accomplishments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with computer systems and order management software is a plus.
