Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evaluate generative AI solutions and agentic systems.
• Develop and maintain data semantic layers and knowledge graphs to enhance enterprise-scale data accessibility.
• Build evaluation frameworks and tools to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of GenAI systems.
• Collaborate effectively with other data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, and various business partners.
• Champion best practices and tooling across a broad data science community.
• Lead cross-functional working groups to contribute to innovations in AI and machine learning methodologies.
• Communicate complex technical findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical consultant on complex data science challenges.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in data science, machine learning, and MLOps.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.
• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks for AI/ML systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a large, diverse team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
