Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars to ensure efficient time management.
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is organized and accessible.
- Triage communications and correspondence, responding to inquiries and facilitating effective communication.
- Coordinate and optimize travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and initiatives to keep executives focused and on schedule.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide solutions independently.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Boston, MA office.
