Core Responsibilities

  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper security and functionality within the Salesforce environment.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and implement process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  • Create and manage complex reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for data management and security protocols.
  • Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions effectively.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Role Hierarchy, and Permission Sets.
  • Experience creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin / Advanced Admin) is a plus.
  • Experience with additional Salesforce products or integrations is desirable.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or release management tools (such as Gearset or Copado) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Apex or LWC for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Experience with data management best practices.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization/reporting tools is advantageous.
