Responsibilities
- End-to-End Renewal Ownership: Independently manage and execute full renewal workflows across a portfolio of regional customer accounts.
- Timely and Accurate Renewal Completion: Ensure contracts and commercial details are accurate while completing renewals with minimal guidance.
- Customer Retention & Expansion: Proactively identify risks of customer churn, renewal blockers, and address customer concerns effectively.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on seat-based expansion opportunities during the renewal process, utilizing standard playbooks.
- Performance Measurement: Achieve success metrics through renewal rates, customer retention, and disciplined operational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or account management.
- Proven track record in managing subscription renewals or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Skill in managing multiple renewal cycles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
