Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels to uncover opportunities and build relationships.
- Sales Support: Provide commercial support to customers, Account Managers, and Sales Directors. Assist with developing sales proposals and presentations.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with our products and services.
- Closing Sales: Actively drive the sales process to closure, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
