Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end renewal strategy for a designated portfolio of Enterprise Customers, collaborating closely with Account teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive renewal plans that ensure timely, predictable, and profitable outcomes for the organization.
- Lead negotiations with procurement and customer stakeholders to finalize favorable renewal terms.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to align renewal strategies with the overall account plan, identifying and supporting potential expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate efforts with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and Partners to streamline the renewal process.
- Proactively identify renewal risks and devise mitigation plans to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, providing executive visibility throughout the renewal lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in enterprise account management or renewals.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex customer organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
