The Retail Sales Agronomist (RSA) plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with retail sellers and driving product success. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing product training and support to retail sellers through various channels, including in-person sessions.
- Promoting the Brevant Seeds portfolio while instilling knowledge and confidence in sellers.
- Collaborating with the Retail Business Manager (RBM) to develop and execute account-level strategies.
- Focusing sellers on strategic planning efforts to enhance business performance.
- Taking ownership of seller plans and executing them in partnership with strategic retail sellers.
- Facilitating the ability of retail sellers to effectively demonstrate product benefits to end customers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales or agronomy, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
