About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead our dynamic mobile product team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across multiple teams, facilitating clear communication, and maintaining oversight of project delivery. Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive tracking of tasks and delivery across teams to ensure all activities are visible, up to date, and clearly assigned.

• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs, promoting seamless collaboration between product, engineering, QA, and other teams.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the team.
• Investigate incoming issues and escalations, directing them to the appropriate teams with the necessary context for resolution.
• Conduct regular team check-ins to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and celebrate achievements.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in project delivery and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, preferably in mobile product environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
