Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the CIS region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and messaging.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful implementation and use of GitLab products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Fluency in Russian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and software development processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in working with remote teams and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
