This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA, with occasional travel required for client meetings and events in Chesapeake or Norfolk, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering and design efforts for shipboard electronic systems.
• Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in project planning and execution, providing expertise in electronics.
• Conduct system analyses and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to defense applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in electronics design and engineering, especially in defense sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
