Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored AI solutions that leverage our cloud platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation of AI models, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize GPU orchestration and enhance the capabilities of our cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to demonstrate the effective use of our AI tools and technologies.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of AI solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably as a solutions architect or consultant in the AI/ML domain.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI technologies, particularly GPU-based systems.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
