Job Summary

We are seeking a savvy, results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, sourcing and hiring top-tier sales talent, including account executives and alliance managers who excel in selling cloud professional services and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the organization.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment tools and metrics to track and improve the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology or professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of sales roles and the cloud services market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
