Responsibilities

• Manage disputes and facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Romanian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and feedback from management.

• Availability for a fixed-term contract of 7 months, starting September 2026, with potential for extension.
