About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Product Owner to oversee execution quality across one of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) subscription products. In this role, you will take complete responsibility for ensuring that every workstream is progressing to the required standards. This includes setting priorities in collaboration with stakeholders, translating those priorities into clear technical tasks, and driving delivery across various teams including product, engineering, design, data, and marketing. You will also have direct ownership of projects that do not have a designated owner.

Responsibilities

• Execution Ownership: Ensure that all aspects of project execution meet our high standards. You will manage timelines and deliverables, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in our project management processes, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Team Coordination: Keep the team on track by identifying any slippage in pace or quality and addressing it proactively. Work closely with team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure it meets our standards. Provide constructive feedback and drive improvements where necessary.
• Problem Solving: Take initiative to close gaps when projects fall between roles, ensuring that all team members are aligned and focused on the end goal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, preferably in the tech sector.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with D2C subscription models is a plus.
