Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex cross-functional projects related to the Token Factory.
• Manage new region launches, ensuring successful execution and integration.
• Oversee engineering quality and contribute to platform-wide improvement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery pipelines for new AI models, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to understand critical paths and manage dependencies effectively.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in AI or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud infrastructure principles.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
