Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
- Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior architects and project team members.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including design concepts and construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or architectural design.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
