Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical leadership and guidance for EHV Transmission and Substation projects.
• Manage the administrative, commercial, and technical components of projects in line with WSP’s core values.
• Oversee the overall performance of assigned projects, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and financial metrics.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and management of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate proposal development, project planning, and execution phases, providing direction and support to project teams.
• Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
• Travel to client and WSP offices as needed for face-to-face meetings and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the power and energy sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with regional scope.
• Strong understanding of EHV Transmission and Substation systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
