Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end schedule coordination and updates for a portfolio of leased data center projects.
• Act as a technical schedule subject matter expert, ensuring all schedule management and reporting is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate closely with the Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast and mitigate schedule-related risks and issues.
• Ensure commercial accountability in schedule management and facilitate effective schedule health reporting and escalation processes.
• Manage schedule change management processes to ensure expedient resolution and minimal impact to project timelines.
• Interface with various internal departments including Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering to align on project schedules.
• Proactively communicate updates and variances in project schedules, documenting root causes and providing commentary for cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the data center or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve schedule-related issues effectively.
• Experience in risk management and the ability to develop mitigation strategies.
