Responsibilities

• Manage servers, which includes installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting server-related issues.
• Provide essential software support for laptop computers, ensuring proper configuration of hardware devices.
• Test and validate new software applications and updates to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and maintain system solutions that meet client needs.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in IT.
• Familiarity with server management, hardware configuration, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
