Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects related to human-centered transportation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within the approved financial framework.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure project alignment and timeliness.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
  • Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as project management, urban planning, or transportation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in transportation or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
