Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal and compliance advice to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and oversee control systems that align with legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Monitor and stay updated on regulatory developments both within and outside the organization, as well as emerging best practices in compliance control.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure operational compliance and mitigate risks.
• Conduct thorough investigations into compliance-related issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to management, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
• Engage in training sessions to ensure all employees understand compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investigations, regulatory affairs, or compliance roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption measures, Code of Conduct, and Due Diligence processes.
• Experience in the Manufacturing, Technology, or Data Center sectors is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex compliance issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
