Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for asset management, securities brokerage, and wealth management activities across the region.
• Draft, review, and negotiate essential documentation including fund constitutive documents, investment management agreements, and brokerage/trading agreements, such as ISDA, futures, and options.
• Review client-facing and marketing materials for funds, portfolios, and wealth management products to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments, update internal policies and templates, and deliver training to business and support teams on legal issues related to securities and asset management.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in securities, funds, or asset management law obtained at a reputable law firm or financial institution.
• Excellent contract drafting and communication skills in English, with proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin is preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough compliance with legal standards.
