Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support with a primary focus on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure consistent, commercially-focused legal advice across the region.
• Assist in resolving legal issues related to commercial contracts and technology law.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments affecting commercial transactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with a background in Malaysian law.
• Experience working in law firms, corporate environments, or the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in commercial contracts or technology law is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore or currently based in Singapore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
