Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in the DACH region to promote our Global HR Platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
• Respond to incoming queries from clients, providing guidance on how to leverage Remote’s suite of products effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of clients in the DACH market.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights from customers to shape future offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Remote’s services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or HR-related field.
• Strong understanding of the DACH market and its unique business culture.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and data.
