Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the MENA region.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, nurturing relationships to understand their needs.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our engagement platform, Storyly, to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials that highlight the value of our services.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and regularly update CRM systems.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights and requirements.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support post-sale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B and SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and understand market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the MENA region are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
